Kenyan bread for me it's a true nightmare. I buy it in the morning, and in the evening it's bad already. I really miss my crunchy Sicilian bread. Few days ago I've found on the net (Ruta integral on facebook) this little project to keep fresh anything in a plastic bag. It works for real. I guess I' ve just solved my bread issue.

YOU NEED:

1) Plastic bottle (the one with large opening it's better but I had only a fanta available...)

2) Something to cut the plastic bottle

3) Loaf of bread :-)
